there was a not very serious equivalent of a hurricane sweeping through singapore on wednesday night, and it's quite amusing to hear where everyone was when it happened. it really SWEPT through singapore leh, cos like, huimin's bf called her when he experienced it, and then huimin experienced it a few mins later, quite cool!
i was at the newly renovated IS kops suppering after dance when the wind blew. FREAKING STRONG. broke the beer bottles, and sand and dust could actually fly into our food from the floor, gross.
to think we were actually insulting the new open-air-at-night-concept at kops, cos we thought it was stupid that the management didnt take into consideration the onslaught of "wind tunnels", haha. (shit, we sound so nerdy having such intellectual conversations HAHA.)
but karin still had the most hilarious experience, she was on a BRIDGE at keppel bay, CAN YOU IMAGINE WAHAHA damn funny! (oh, and dan's joke about claire flying away actually made sense you know, cos karin said she would fly if she didn't have the "shield" in front of her haha!)
did i mention that dance was damn freaking tiring? i think ive been drinking too much bbt and snacking too much :(, cos for the first time i could barely elevate myself towards the end of the jumps, gosh damnn tiring. but still, i can't wait for core muscle conditioning on sunday :). FIVE HOURS OF PRAC THOUGH, ohmylala.
our quest towards prague begins. i dont know whether to be happy or sad yet, haha.
then, i went to watch "17, again" with karin yest! she xin xue lai chao, and randomly wanted to go to tampines, so okay lor, haha. but with the new mall Tampines 1, i think it's quite retarded to have THREE shopping malls in direct competition with each other though, shrugs.
on a separate note, ZAC EFRON IS THE HOTTEST PLEASE OMGG. uber number 1 heartthrob of the century, NO KIDDING. i could seriously go on gushing and hyperventilating all day.... ahhhh <3.
whenever with karin, there's always neverending talk between us. we can seriously talk about EVERYTHING under the sun! plus we both have such interesting lives and unstoppable mouths HAHA, so im pretty sure we wont exhaust conversation topics even if we meet each other 24-7 :).
oh, and we spotted new versions of durex at watson's HAHAHA. "vibrate" and "play", whattheshittt. we couldn't figure out what "play" is used for though, and there were actually free samples, maybe cos it's a new product launch. but we didnt have the balls to take one (pun intended), SHUCKS. and i forgot about dragging people to take it today at vivo, damnn.
and, you dont wanna know what "vibrate" is used for, ohmytian. hahaha.
today was spent at sentosa, and it was a relaxing, sunny, volleyball-y, and seawater-y day :). claire was being her usual violent self, gf and joshua were their usual mgq selves, haha. time spent in the sea was the absolute funniest, trying to push each other off the shoulders of the person carrying them, and charades!!
the girls bathed together outside and not in the cubicles though, cos there were too many girls waiting in the queue. awkward new experience.
cant wait for kristin to FASTER upload the pics, then i'll finally hit a 4-digit fb photo count :)). terry cant stop being amused at my specs tan though, IT IS NOT THAT FUNNY -_-.
anyways, talking to them got me more hyped up about my 21st partaye and US exchange :DD.
i think i'll eventually go with gf's location suggestion, im already brainstorming possible activities with the setting he described, PLUS it's in town! so people from both tanah merah and jurong west have no excuse that it's too far, regardless :).
also i have a growing list of things to do when in US, the excitement escalates everytime i get more information about it, woooots :))!!
one more movie "Taken" on sunday, plus $1 bubor chacha, and internship starts on mon :(. at least my first week only has 4 working days, but still.
