Memories that are going to last
I remember the first time we met during FTB, how you and josie were the clowns of the group, and I seriously, didnt find you funny. I even thought you were a teeny wee bit annoying :).
I remember the first lift from you on convoc.
I remember how we happened to be in the same MFE class, how we did our assignments together, and getting close to full marks in all of them.
I remember the first mass supper at macs, with Josie Cat Krystle Karin, just cos I said randomly I was starving in the middle of the night.
I remember our midterm outing, from ice-skating to donuts to movie to ulu marina bay to outram malay food centre.
I remember how you fetched me to PA Kallang like a daddy would, for my ballet exam rehearsal. And also the lift to buy my leotard at the costume shop cos it was drizzling and I whined :).
I remember when I drove your van, started the engine, and stalled after moving forward by 30 cm.
I remember mugging endless hours with you in the library.
I remember the third time in your life you were so scared, cos I honestly didn't want to be friends with you anymore (for whatever reason I forgot). And because of that you ngeahngeah picked me up from my 2-day workplace at millenia walk, sent me all the way to woodlands for dance rehearsal, before going back to smu for training.
I remember how you agreed to be our photographer for the indancity photoshoot FOC, how you endured the many hours trying to satisfy what the dancers wanted. And also the many hours again of teaching and helping me crop all those shots.
I remember when you accompanied me to get the mannequin, from bras basah to taka, and you broke its thumb just before we paid for it, haha.
I remember your birthday letter and gift.
I remember freshmen bash last year, when you came back to zouk even though you already left with 2 drunk girls, and ended up sending 5 girls home, one by one, to their doorstep.
I remember Meet Dave.
I remember when we did Karin's 21st present, going back to all 55 places that we pigged out or supper-ed at.
I remember driving your BMW at the pasir ris carpark.
I remember the times we tried to mug at the airport, but I always ended up falling asleep.
I remember The Accident.
I remember walking all the way home after sending you home after a tipsy night at Timbre.
I remember Arts Bash.
I remember our first week.
I remember the cruise.
I remember harry potter leaving yuanyang outside at my house.
I remember wakeboarding.
I remember the yummy noodles and scrambled eggs.
I remember my first IT fair.
I remember your jackets.
I remember all the movies, good, bad, horror or sad.
I remember all the lifts home, from shouting in the van to radio channel surfing.
I remember all the pigging out times.
And most importantly, I remember your company, your time, your care and your listening ear :).
But now it's really the time I let you go, for yourself and for me. Thanks for all these times and more, I really treasure you, and am going to really miss you.
I'm waking up at 730am. It'll be a brand new day, with a brand new start and no more emo blog entries. Happy easter everyone, any chocolate eggs for me by any chance? hurhur.
Have a good night, whatever that's left of it. And lastly, thanks much-ly love square, for 4 hours of company and joy tonight, jurong west is..... damn far. haha.
