today (friday) was cca day.
i shall tally the ccas that i signed up for HAHA (not in order of preference):
1. wakeboarding
2. indancity
3. caderas latinas
4. eurhythmix
5. flare (emphasise: GYMNASTICS WING)
6. samba masala
7. bizcom
8. broadcast & entertainment (smube)
9. fides
10. strategica
and ALSO, im kinda considering the following but didnt sign up hahaha:
- economics society (=X)
- red cross (theyre doing ocip to vietnam!!)
- gourmet club (i wasnt really willing to pay $10 membership fee upfront =X)
i have NO IDEA what ccas i'll end up joining, but im prob dropping strategica and wakeboarding out of the above 13 ccas first haha.. cos firstly, clement was the one who helped me randomly sign up for wakeboarding -_-, and strategica is cos....... aiyah im mean and horrible la haha..
but im more or less gg to commit myself to indancity, so that means practices are on weds and suns, sooooo i kinda cant make it for the weekly prayer mtgs with fides anm =X..
i'll still randomly go for the other dance + samba masala auditions though, provided i can make it that is, and if i get in then see how la hahaha.. as usual, procrastination is my forte hehe!!
overall, i didnt like cca day tho.. i was there for too long, my bag was freaking heavy, and the noice got on my nerves.. and i was still being internally grouchy and irritable today so that didnt help either.. they had some cool vouchers in the goodie bag though =D!
and btw, i finally participated during my last class for the week.. let's hope i can bring that kinda class-participation-spirit along with me to monday's creative thinking! i honestly honestly am in dire need to talk, esp for ct class =X!
im also desperately in need of a locker.. one more wk of lugging my laptop in my slingbag, and my shoulders will either be lopsided, or just break under the pressure!! (my mum doesnt want me to carry the HEAVYLICIOUS laptop with my hands cos she's think i'll lose it -_-.. ROAR.) rent-a-locker is so inefficient la.. but meanwhile i shall attempt to patiently await for ten working days from 17/08 to pass haha..
i predict that next wk is gonna be super packed with activities, with all the cca auditions, trials and orientations.. not to mention all the readings i have to go through before each class, plus assignments and getting started on projects.. and next week is only WEEK 2 OF SCH laaa...............
